Background

Jessica Board practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, collections, real estate litigation, construction litigation, employment litigation matters, and general civil litigation. With a degree in finance, Jessica is uniquely situated to provide commercial clients practical, business-focused legal services. She prides herself on providing realistic legal advice that has an eye toward the bottom line. 

Prior to entering private practice, Jessica served as a law clerk to The Honorable Thad J. Collins, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Iowa. While attending law school, Jessica was a Managing Editor of the Iowa Law Review and received the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence in Bankruptcy Studies.
