Allyson Dirksen’s diverse practice focuses on the areas of agricultural law, employment law, healthcare law, municipal law, real estate, estate and probate, and general business law.
Allyson’s background and education are rooted in agriculture and she continues to be involved in the agricultural industry. With this knowledge, Allyson helps agricultural businesses, farm families, and producers face legal issues unique to agriculture and the environment.
Allyson also regularly advises employers and employees on employment policies and compliance; local governments on employment, municipal, and administrative matters; companies and individuals on business transactions and business planning; and healthcare clients on regulatory matters. Allyson represents clients in both administrative and court proceedings with regard to these areas of law.
Allyson and her husband are involved with a family farm operation near Danbury, Iowa, where they raise feeder cattle, corn, and soybeans.
