Pat Sealey defended Cindy Spenner in a car accident she had with Susana Rodriguez. Rodriguez claimed that the accident caused her to have a neck fusion and rotator cuff surgery. She requested the jury award her over $500,000. The jury found in favor of Spenner and awarded Rodriguez nothing.
