As our Chief Operating Officer, Michelle Beckner is responsible for overseeing, managing, and assessing all day-to-day operations and facilities, including business administration, accounting and finance, information technology, human resources, and planning efforts of the firm. 

Michelle is accountable for ensuring efficient execution of business strategies by managing internal processes, information systems and human resources, coordinating across departments, and working closely with the Partners of the firm to achieve organizational goals. Her primary focus is on implementing company plans and maintaining operational excellence encompassing all functions within the business.
