Background
John Gray is a trial attorney who has represented individuals and companies in state and federal courts in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota for more than 35 years, particularly in the defense of professional malpractice claims, and in insurance law, business and personal injury litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants. John also represents these clients in mediation and arbitration.
Before joining the Heidman Law Firm, John served as a law clerk first to The Honorable Donald P. Lay, Chief Judge, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and then to The Honorable Louis Schultz, Iowa Supreme Court.
