Background
Daniel Dykstra’s general practice includes, but is not limited to, advising companies and individuals on transactional planning matters including business law, elder law, and commercial law.
Dan also focuses on estates, trusts, wills, business succession planning and probate law. He has extensive experience in the areas of estate planning, taxation, gift planning, and probate and trust administration including advanced planning and techniques. He is an Accredited Estate Planner as issued by the National Association of Estate Planners. He helps clients “finish with grace and dignity.”
He has lectured extensively on wills, estate planning, financial management, charitable gifts, probate procedure, real estate issues and Medicaid.
