The Iowa Academy Of Trial Lawyers has selected Pat Sealey for membership.
Induction will take place at the spring meeting in February.
The Academy was formed in 1962 to provide a forum in which Iowa's top trial lawyers can exchange information and viewpoints on the many aspects of trial law and to promote professionalism. Membership in the Academy is considered one of the highest honors in the profession.
Membership is by invitation only with recommendation from peers, judges and unanimous approval by the Board of Governors and limited to 250 attorneys. The Academy freely shares its expertise with the rest of the Iowa Legal community. The Academy's Advocacy Institute provides expert continuing legal education for all attorneys. The Academy is non-partisan with the purpose of promoting the civil and criminal justice systems and encouraging improvement whenever/wherever possible.
