Pat Sealey successfully defended Gary Grieve in a claim brought against him by Matthew Sypersma. Sypersma alleged he was riding his motorcycle westbound on Morningside Avenue in Sioux City on April 21, 2015 when Gary Grieve pulled out in front of him causing him to fracture his leg and sprain his toe and thumb. The jury found that Grieve was not at fault and awarded Sypersma nothing.
