Roz Koob’s general litigation practice includes, but is not limited to, advising individuals, companies, insurance carriers, and tribal entities in personal injury, products liability, construction and domestic areas in state, federal and tribal courts.
Roz’s tribal practice includes, but is not limited to, tribal representation in employment law, real estate transactions, contracts, administrative law, litigation, the Indian Child Welfare Act, taxation law, sovereign immunity and providing general oversight on legal matters. Roz has represented tribal interests in Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Montana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Washington state courts, in Iowa federal courts, and Winnebago and Omaha tribal courts. Roz has also lectured on the Indian Child Welfare Act.
Roz’s domestic practice includes, but is not limited to, representing individuals in dissolutions, custody and paternity determinations, child support recovery issues, adoptions and juvenile court matters.
