Mr. Gray is a trial attorney who has represented individuals and companies in state and federal courts in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota for more than twenty-five years, particularly in the defense of professional malpractice claims, and in insurance law, business and personal injury litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Gray also represents these clients in mediation and arbitration. Mr. Gray has been elected as a fellow of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Before joining the Heidman Law Firm, John served as a law clerk first to The Honorable Donald P. Lay, Chief Judge, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and then to The Honorable Louis Schultz, Iowa Supreme Court.
