James Redmond is a trial and appellate attorney with over 30 years of experience. He represents individuals and corporations in state and federal courts. He is admitted in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
Jim’s general practice includes insurance defense, commercial, construction, personal injury, professional malpractice defense, divorce and family law, and general business.
Prior to joining the Heidman Law Firm, Jim worked as Law Clerk for Justice Connor T. Hansen, Wisconsin Supreme Court. He lives with his wife in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota.
