Joel Vos’ practice includes, but is not limited to advising corporations, partnerships and individuals on federal and state controversies and transactional planning matters. His transactional practice includes providing advice to clients on structuring, negotiation and financing transactions, real estate, taxation and general operational matters.
Joel’s practice also includes, but is not limited to drafting and administration of wills, trusts and estates. He has extensive experience in estate planning and taxation, probate and trust administration, and probate law. His clients include owners of closely held businesses, corporate executives, and self employed professionals.
