Cynthia Moser focuses on healthcare law. Her healthcare practice addresses a broad range of the firm’s healthcare clients’ needs. Cindy provides advice and representation on traditional regulatory matters, medical staff issues, joint venture arrangements, fraud and abuse, medical information, corporate transactions, corporate governance, contracts, reimbursement and physician recruitment. Representative clients include general acute care and critical access hospitals, physician-owned hospitals, medical clinics and physician services and management organizations.
Cindy’s practice also includes advising corporations, partnerships and individuals on transactional planning matters and employment law.
Prior to entering private practice, Cindy served as a law clerk to the Honorable W.C. Stuart, Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa.
Cindy is a frequent lecturer on health law and employment law-related matters.
