Alan Fredregill is a veteran trial attorney and general civil litigator with 33 years of experience representing individuals, businesses and insurance companies in jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts.
Alan’s general practice includes, but is not limited to, representing clients and defending insurance companies in personal injury matters, construction litigation, insurance fraud, bad faith litigation, and arson. He has lectured and written extensively on topics ranging from various aspects of trial practice to torts, civil procedure, and insurance law and practice. Alan has tried over seventy jury trials.
