Daniel Dykstra’s general practice includes, but is not limited to, advising companies and individuals on transactional planning matters including business law, elder law, and commercial law.
Dan also focuses on estates, trusts, wills, business succession planning and probate law. He has extensive experience in the areas of estate planning, taxation, gift and generation skipping transfer tax planning, probate and trust administration including advanced planning and techniques.
He has lectured extensively on wills, estate planning, financial management, charitable gifts, probate procedure, real estate issues and Medicaid.
