Associate Opportunities
Our Attorney Recruitment Committee reviews applications throughout the year and typically makes associate hiring recommendations to the partnership in the late fall of each year. Each newly hired associate is assigned two mentors to assist in the development of caseloads and practice skills. Associates work in multiple practice areas during their first year with the firm.
Associates meet monthly with the Associate Program Partner to address operational issues, firm culture and traditions, and special legal topics and attend periodic attorney meetings to discuss specific cases and other pertinent issues.

Summer Associate Opportunities
Our Attorney Recruitment Committee reviews applications throughout the year and typically makes summer associate hiring recommendations to the partnership in the late fall or winter of each year.
In addition to routine assignments, summer associates are given the opportunity for a broad range of experiences both in and out of the office. Each summer associate is assigned a partner and an associate mentor for orientation to the firm and Siouxland area and for assistance with assignments and activities.
